What it is

The Gas 210/310/610 damper motor is a Broag component used on commercial gas boiler assemblies. It drives the flue damper, opening and closing the flue path in step with the boiler's sequence of operation. Correct damper movement is required before the boiler is permitted to fire.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler fails to fire and locks out because the damper does not move to the open position.
  • The damper motor hums or buzzes but the damper spindle does not rotate.
