What it is

The Vokera 7620 is a round expansion vessel used in Vokera Mynute SE and SP gas boilers. It absorbs the volume increase of water as the heating system heats up, limiting pressure rise and protecting the boiler and system components. It is a serviceable boiler spare supplied under Vokera part number 7620.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • System pressure rises sharply as the boiler heats up and falls again when it cools.
  • The pressure gauge reads high with the boiler cold, or the boiler repeatedly locks out on low pressure.
  • Water discharges from the pressure relief valve during normal operation.
  • The vessel feels heavy or water is heard inside it when the system is drained.
  • Visible corrosion, staining or dampness around the vessel connection.
