What it is

The ELECTRONIC CONNECTION ORANGE is a Buderus electrical connector supplied for use with Buderus gas boilers. It forms part of the boiler's wiring and electronic control circuit, providing the connection point between the wiring harness and the appliance electronics.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Intermittent faults or error codes traced to a loose or broken control connection
  • Visible corrosion, discolouration or scorching on the connector or its terminals
  • Cracks in the connector body or damaged insulation at the wiring entry
  • Poor contact causing the boiler to cut out or fail to respond to the controls

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler model and GC number against the fitment list above
  • Check the existing connector for colour and pin configuration so it matches the part being replaced
  • Inspect the associated wiring and harness for damage before fitting a new connection
  • Isolate the appliance power supply before working on any electrical connection
