What it is
The Baxi 7223381 is a casing assembly for Baxi Megaflo System ErP appliances. It forms the outer cover that encloses the controls and internal components at the front of the unit, protecting them from dust, knocks and accidental contact while keeping the appliance's finished appearance intact. The assembly is supplied by Baxi as a direct replacement for the original cover fitted at manufacture.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracks, splits or impact damage to the casing panel
- Broken or missing retaining lugs, so the cover will not sit flush
- Distortion or warping that leaves a gap around the control area
- Discoloured or heat-affected plastic on the front panel
- Casing that has been removed and cannot be refitted securely
Before you order
- Check the appliance GC number and serial number against the compatibility list, as Megaflo System ErP models are split by serial suffix (AC and BC).
- Confirm the part number on the existing casing or in the appliance documentation before ordering.
- Note the alternative part number 1119785, which may appear on older documentation or labels.
