What it is

This is a high voltage wiring harness supplied by Main for use on Eco Elite combi boilers fitted with a Wilo pump. It carries mains voltage between the boiler's control components and the pump circuit. The part is listed under boiler wiring spares for the Main Eco Elite combi range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The pump does not run when the boiler is called for heat or hot water
  • The boiler fails to fire or locks out intermittently with no other obvious cause
  • Visible scorching, discolouration or melting at the harness connectors
  • Brittle, cracked or chafed insulation on the wiring
  • Loose or poor contact at the plug terminals causing intermittent pump operation

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler is a Main Eco Elite combi model
  • Check the serial number suffix on the appliance data badge against the models listed
  • Confirm the boiler is fitted with a Wilo pump, as this harness is specified for that pump type
  • Compare the connector layout and number of ways on the existing harness before fitting
