What it is
The Baxi 7216617 is a safety pressure relief valve manufactured by Baxi for use in its combi boiler range. It sits in the water circuit and opens automatically when internal pressure rises beyond the set limit, discharging through the outlet to protect the heat exchanger and other components from over-pressurisation. It is a direct replacement item for the valve originally fitted to the appliance.
