What it is
The Baxi 720925301 is an airbox, listed by the manufacturer as a combustion chamber assembly. This component is used across the Baxi Ecoblue Combi, Platinum 2 and Duo-tec 2 Combi ranges.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Combustion readings outside the manufacturer's tolerance, or a CO/CO2 ratio that cannot be brought into range after servicing.
- Visible corrosion, cracking or heat distortion on the airbox body or its sealing faces.
- Flame instability, flame lift or a burner that will not hold a steady flame pattern.
- Soot deposits or condensate staining around the combustion chamber joints.
- Repeated lockouts or flame-sensing faults traced to the combustion enclosure.
