What it is
The Panel Front Lower Outer Case is a lower front casing panel for Potterton gas boilers, supplied under part number 720924001. It forms the lower section of the outer case on the appliance, closing off the front of the boiler below the upper panel. It is listed as a casing component within the boiler spares range.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible dents, deformation or buckling in the lower front panel
- Corrosion, rust staining or blistering paintwork on the panel surface
- The panel no longer sits flush or engages correctly with the boiler casing
- Fixing points or edges are damaged so the panel cannot be secured properly
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model against the fit list, using the serial number for Promax SL HE PLUS units or the GC number for Promax SL PLUS HE units
- Check whether the upper or lower front panel is the damaged section, as this part covers the lower outer case only
- Compare the part number 720924001 with the marking on the existing panel before ordering
