What it is
The Baxi 720876801 is a pipe and pump kit supplied by Baxi for use in its system boiler range. It forms part of the internal pipework that connects the circulation pump within the appliance's hydraulic circuit, carrying water between the pump and the surrounding components. The kit is listed against Megaflo 2 System and EcoBlue System models, where it is fitted as part of the factory pipework assembly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water weeping or staining around the pump connections inside the casing
- Visible corrosion, scale build-up or pitting on the pipework
- Kettling, gurgling or unusual circulation noise from the pump area
- Loss of system pressure that cannot be traced to an external leak
- Poor or uneven heat output across the radiators despite the pump running
Before you order
- Check the GC number on the appliance data badge against the numbers listed above before ordering
- Confirm the model name and output match one of the applications in the compatibility list
- Inspect the pump connections and any seals or gaskets at the same time, as these are disturbed during replacement
- Have the work carried out by a competent engineer familiar with Baxi system boilers
