Baxi Flue Assembly 720627001

The Baxi 720627001 is a flue assembly manufactured by Baxi for use on its ERP Combi 2.1 range of gas boilers. It forms the route by which combustion products leave the appliance and are discharged to outside, and it also draws combustion air in on the concentric arrangements used by these models. Because it sits on the boundary between the boiler and the outside air, it is a safety-critical component and must be sound, correctly sealed and correctly terminated.

• Visible corrosion, perforation or cracking on the flue terminal or the flue run
• Staining, soot marks or condensate tracking around the flue joint at the boiler casing
• Combustion readings that fall outside the expected range on a flue gas analyser
• The boiler locking out or cutting out shortly after ignition with the flue implicated in the fault
• A flue that has been disturbed, crushed or incorrectly extended during building work

• Confirm the appliance model and GC number against the compatibility list, as the flue is specific to the ERP Combi 2.1 range
• Note the alternative number 1132770 when cross-referencing an existing installation or an older order record
• Check whether the flue joint seal or gasket at the boiler connection needs renewing at the same time
• This part is fitted to a gas appliance; installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
