What it is
The Remeha 720397001 cover insulation is a casing component supplied by Remeha for use on Remeha gas boilers. It forms part of the appliance's outer casing assembly, where insulation material sits behind or within the cover to limit heat loss from the boiler's internal surfaces and reduce the temperature of the casing that the user sees.
Before you order
- Confirm the part number 720397001 against the casing section of the boiler's parts list for your model.
- Check the existing cover insulation in situ to make sure the item you are replacing matches what is fitted — insulation covers can differ in shape and cut-out pattern between boiler ranges.
- Inspect the casing panel itself for distortion, corrosion or damaged fixings, as the insulation is normally retained behind or within the cover.
- Have the boiler's model and serial details to hand when cross-checking the part number.
