What it is
The Baxi 720136501 is a right-hand side panel forming part of the outer casing on the Baxi Bermuda BBU 15 HE gas boiler. It closes off the right-hand face of the appliance, protecting the internal components and completing the boiler's outer shell. It is a casing component, not a combustion or hydraulic part.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible corrosion, rust staining or blistering of the panel surface
- Dents, buckling or distortion that prevents the panel sitting flush
- Paint or coating flaking away, leaving bare metal exposed
- Fixing holes elongated or torn so the panel no longer secures properly
- Discolouration or heat marking on the panel face
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model and GC number against the data badge
- Check that the right-hand panel is the side required — left and right panels are not interchangeable
- Inspect the retaining fixings and confirm whether they are reusable
- Verify the panel finish matches the existing casing on the appliance
