What it is
The Potterton 711512300 Mixer Mini Biclap is a 24 mm mixing component supplied by Potterton for one of its associated appliance ranges. It forms part of the appliance's mixing assembly and is supplied as a service part, identified by its manufacturer part number. Ordering is by part number rather than by appliance model alone.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Combustion has become unstable or noisy in a way traced to the mixing assembly
- Repeated flame-failure lockouts that persist after the usual gas and air checks
- Visible damage, contamination or blockage at the mixer itself
Before you order
- Confirm the existing component is marked 711512300, as the part number is the only reliable identifier
- Confirm the appliance is a BAXI Quinta ACE S 50KW before ordering
- Check the 24 mm size against the component currently fitted
- Check whether any associated seals or fittings need replacing at the same time
