Baxi Manifold System 28mm 7034122

The 7034122 manifold system is a 28mm distribution manifold used on Baxi Assure ErP SystemFit appliances. It sits in the hydraulic circuit and divides flow between the heating circuits, so each branch receives an even supply from the primary side of the appliance. The part is listed under the Baxi manifolds group and is supplied as a 28mm assembly.

• Water weeping or visible staining around the manifold body or its branch connections
• A persistent pressure drop on the heating circuit that cannot be traced to another component
• Corrosion, scale build-up or pitting on the manifold ports
• Uneven heat distribution across circuits fed from the same manifold
• Cracking or deformation of the manifold body after a freeze event or overheating

• Confirm the appliance model and serial number against the compatibility list, as the manifold is used across a number of Assure ErP SystemFit outputs
• Check the existing manifold for the 28mm connection size before ordering
• Note the alternative number 1736135, which may appear on older documentation or parts listings
• Inspect the seals and gaskets at the manifold connections and replace them if they are compressed or perished
