What it is
A circulation pump supplied by Heatrae Sadia under part number 7032841. It moves water around the heating and hot water circuit in Electromax and Megaflo Eco SystemFit appliances. The pump is a serviceable component and is replaced when circulation fails or the unit becomes noisy.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Grinding, whining or rumbling noise from the pump body during operation
- Pump running hot or the appliance cycling on and off without reaching temperature
- Radiators or hot water outlets failing to heat despite the appliance firing
- No pump movement at start-up, with the appliance locking out or showing a circulation fault
- Water weeping from the pump housing, seals or connections
Before you order
- Read the model and serial plate on the appliance and confirm it matches one of the fit lines above
- Check the existing pump's part number against the manufacturer's parts list before ordering
- Confirm the fault lies with the pump rather than the power supply, control board or system blockage
- If in doubt, have a qualified heating engineer diagnose the appliance first
