What it is

This is the Buderus Side Panel 850mm Wide, supplied under part number 67902632. It forms part of the outer casing on Buderus G615 and Ge615 appliances in the 570kW to 1200kW output range, closing off the side of the unit and protecting the internal components beneath. The panel is a visible casing component, so it also determines the finished appearance of the installed appliance.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Corrosion or rust breakthrough along the panel edges or fixing points
  • Dents, creasing or deformation that prevents the panel sitting flush
  • Paint or coating damage leaving bare metal exposed
  • Elongated or torn securing holes so the panel no longer fastens securely
  • Panel distorted by heat or impact, leaving gaps against the appliance frame

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model is a Buderus G615 or Ge615 in the 570kW to 1200kW range
  • Check the existing panel measures 850mm wide before ordering
  • Inspect the frame and fixings for damage, as the existing fasteners may need to be reused
  • Verify which side of the appliance the panel fits and that it matches the failed panel
