What it is

This is the Buderus 67900522 gasket, listed as GASKET - HEAT EXCHANGER and also catalogued as a seal for the condensate collector. It is a sealing component used on the Buderus 800-60 gas boiler, forming the seal at the heat exchanger and condensate collector joint.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water or condensate weeping from the heat exchanger or condensate collector joint
  • Staining, crusting or scale trails around the sealing face
  • The gasket has hardened, flattened or cracked with age and no longer seals under load
  • The joint has been disturbed during servicing and the old gasket will not reseat

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance is a Buderus 800-60, as this seal is listed for that model only
  • Check the part number 67900522 against the number marked on the existing gasket or the appliance documentation
  • Inspect the sealing faces for corrosion, pitting or distortion before refitting, as a damaged face will not seal with a new gasket alone
