What it is

The Ecoflam Monoblock Electrode Kit is a burner electrode assembly supplied by Ecoflam for use on their monoblock burner and boiler products. The electrodes provide the ignition spark at the burner head and, where fitted, the flame signal used by the control box to prove combustion. It is a service part intended for replacement when the electrode tips or insulators have degraded.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Burner fires but repeatedly locks out, or fails to establish a flame
  • Weak, intermittent or absent spark at the electrode tips
  • Cracking, chipping or tracking on the ceramic insulator
  • Carbon bridging or heavy sooting across the electrode tips
  • Flame signal lost during running, causing the control box to shut the burner down
