What it is
The Ecoflam mounting gasket, part number 65321117 (catalogue reference BFG03002/3), is a sealing component for Ecoflam oil boilers and burners. It seals the mounting face between the burner and the appliance body on MAI 100/120 and BLU 700/1000 arrangements, preventing flue gas and oil vapour leakage at the joint.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracking, hardening or flattening of the gasket material
- Oil or combustion odour around the burner mounting plate
- Soot streaking or staining at the burner-to-boiler joint
- Gasket breaks up or sticks to the mounting face when the burner is removed
- Signs of leakage reappearing shortly after burner servicing
Before you order
- Confirm the burner and boiler model against the fitment list
- Check the existing gasket reference or the appliance parts list
- Inspect the mounting face for corrosion or pitting before refitting
- Confirm whether the appliance uses an MAI 100/120 or BLU 700/1000 arrangement
