What it is
The Cover Air Inlet is an Ecoflam air box assembly with flap, listed under SKU 65320130. It forms the air inlet cover on Ecoflam MAX and MAX GAS boiler models, where it directs and regulates incoming combustion air at the burner intake. The supplied description gives the air box as 83 x 59 x 132 with a flap of 84 x 57.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracking, warping or distortion of the air box body
- The flap no longer sits correctly or fails to move freely on its pivot
- Soot or heat damage around the inlet, indicating overheating at the burner
- Poor or unstable combustion with an air inlet that is damaged or poorly sealing
- The cover no longer secures properly to the burner or boiler casing
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler model from the appliance data plate against the fit list above
- Check the air box and flap dimensions of the existing part before ordering
- Inspect the burner intake and gaskets for damage that may need attention at the same time
- Verify the SKU 65320130 matches the part reference required for the appliance
