What it is
The Ariston 65151664 Air Pipe Connect is a connector for the air pipework on Ariston NUOS EVO heat pump water cylinders. It forms the joint between the air pipe run and the appliance connection point on the cylinder. It is a small service component rather than a functional assembly in its own right.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracks, splits or distortion in the connector body
- Air leaking at the joint between the pipework and the appliance
- Whistling or hissing from the air pipe connection while the cylinder runs
- The pipe no longer sits securely in the connector and works loose
- Reduced heat pump performance traced to air escaping at the connection
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model against the fit list above, as NUOS EVO models vary
- Check the manufacturer part number 65151664 matches the part you are removing
- Inspect the surrounding air pipework and joint faces for damage before fitting
