Ariston Dry-Filter 65151554

The Ariston 65151554 is a dry-filter used in the refrigerant circuit of Ariston NUOS heat pump water heaters. It removes moisture and particulate contamination from the refrigerant, protecting the compressor and expansion device from corrosion and blockages. It is fitted to the NUOS EVO and NUOS Split ranges listed below.

• The heat pump runs but delivers little or no hot water, with the compressor working harder than normal.
• Frost or condensation forming at the filter body or on the pipework immediately around it.
• A pressure drop across the filter, or unusually high discharge temperatures on the refrigerant side.
• The circuit has been opened for repair, or moisture ingress is suspected after a leak.
• Debris or discoloured refrigerant oil found during a system service.

• Confirm the appliance model and build date against the fitment list above, as NUOS variants differ.
• Check the existing filter's part number against 65151554 before removing it.
• Refrigerant circuit work must be carried out by a competent engineer holding the relevant F-gas certification.
• Have replacement filter drier, vacuum pump and charging equipment available before starting the job.
