Ariston Compressor 65151422

This is a compressor supplied by Ariston for use in the NUOS Split External Unit Edition 2. The compressor is the central pumping component of the heat pump circuit, raising the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant so heat can be transferred to the domestic hot water cylinder. It is a service part intended for replacement by a competent heating engineer.

• The unit runs but produces little or no hot water, with the compressor failing to start or cutting out shortly after start-up.
