What it is
The Ariston 65116872 is a pressure gauge used on Ariston CLAS ONE, CLAS System ONE, E-Combi ONE and E-System ONE boiler ranges. It provides a visual reading of the system water pressure at the boiler, allowing the engineer to confirm the circuit is correctly filled and pressurised. The gauge is a serviceable component and is replaced when the dial or needle no longer gives a reliable reading.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The needle sits at zero or does not move when the system is pressurised.
- The needle sticks, jumps or gives inconsistent readings across the dial.
- The dial face is clouded, cracked or the markings are no longer legible.
- Water weeps from the gauge body or its connection to the boiler.
- Pressure readings no longer match a known-good external gauge.
