What it is

The Ariston 65116603 is a 30 kW burner used in a range of Ariston ONE series gas boilers. It supports the combustion flame inside the heat exchanger, mixing gas and air to produce heat for the heating and hot water circuits. This part is specific to the 30 kW models listed below.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Boiler locks out or fails to ignite on a call for heat
  • Unstable or weak flame, or a flame that lifts off the burner
  • Sooting, discolouration or black marks around the combustion area
  • Repeated ignition faults or flame detection errors
  • Unusual combustion noise during startup or running

Before you order

  • Confirm your appliance model and GC number against the fit list above.
  • Check that your boiler is a 30 kW model, as this burner is rated for that output.
  • Inspect the existing burner and electrode assembly for damage before ordering.
  • Work on gas appliances must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
