Ariston 65116115 Flange Gasket

The Ariston 65116115 is a flange gasket used on Ariston water heaters. It sits between the flange and the mating surface of the cylinder or heating element plate, compressing under the fixing bolts to form a watertight seal at the joint. The gasket is a service item: it is replaced whenever the flange is opened, or when the existing seal has hardened and started to weep.

• Water weeping or dripping from around the flange joint, especially once the cylinder is up to temperature
• Chalky white scale or rust-coloured staining tracking down from the flange bolts
