What it is
The Ariston 65112072 is a 1 inch gasket used on Kairos MACC Cd1 and Cd2 unvented cylinders. It provides the seal at a 1 inch connection point on the cylinder assembly. The gasket is a service item, so it is replaced when the joint is disturbed or when the existing seal has degraded.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water weeping or tracing at the 1 inch joint
- Visible cracking, splitting or perishing of the gasket material
- The gasket has hardened and no longer compresses to seal
- Scale or corrosion deposits around the sealing face
- Damp staining or residue beneath the connection
Before you order
- Confirm your cylinder model against the fitment list above
- Check that the connection being sealed is a 1 inch size
- Check how many joints are being serviced, as each gasket seals one connection
- Inspect the mating faces for damage before refitting
