What it is
The Ariston 65105065 is a 3-way spring kit for the central heating circuit. It is fitted to Ariston Microgenus and Microgenus II gas boilers, where the spring returns the diverter valve to its rest position. The kit restores correct movement of the valve so that heating and hot water demands are directed as intended.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Heating runs when only hot water is called for, or hot water runs when only heating is called for.
- The diverter valve fails to return to its rest position once a demand ends.
- Weak or broken spring tension, leaving the valve stuck or chattering.
- Clicking or rattling from the valve area as the spring loses tension.
- The same valve fault returns shortly after a previous repair.
