What it is

The Ariston 65104680 Insulation Panels Kit contains the insulation panels that line the combustion chamber of the appliance. It is manufactured by Ariston for use in the ACO 32 range of gas boilers. The panels retain heat within the combustion chamber, protecting surrounding components and supporting stable combustion.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible cracking, crumbling or flaking of the insulation panels
  • Discolouration, scorching or blackening of the panel surfaces
  • Panels detached from the combustion chamber walls or sagging out of position
  • Exposed metal or bare chamber surfaces where insulation has broken away
  • Heat damage or distortion to nearby components consistent with lost insulation

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler model against the fitment list above before ordering
  • Check the existing panels to establish which sections of the combustion chamber require replacement
  • Inspect the combustion chamber and surrounding components for related heat damage while access is available
  • Confirm the appliance is isolated and safe to work on before dismantling
