What it is

The Ariston 65101007 is a fixing plate for the probe, a small mounting component that holds and locates the probe within the appliance. It is manufactured by Ariston for use across the ACO and UNO gas boiler families. The plate secures the probe in position so it sits correctly in relation to the component it monitors.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The probe no longer sits squarely or securely in its mounting position
  • The plate is cracked, distorted or corroded around the probe aperture
  • Fixing points or threads on the plate are stripped or damaged
  • The probe can be moved by hand when it should be held firm
  • Signs of leakage or staining at the probe entry point

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model against the fit list above before ordering
  • Check the existing plate and probe mounting for damage so you know what needs replacing
  • Verify the part number 65101007 matches the component currently fitted
  • Check the probe itself is serviceable, as the plate only holds it in position
