Ariston 65004468 Air Filter Cartridge P822768 V C-P

The Ariston 65004468 is an air filter cartridge, listed by the manufacturer under the reference P822768 V C-P. It sits in the air path of the appliance and traps airborne dust and debris before that air reaches the internal components, keeping the airflow clean and the unit working as designed.

Filter elements of this type are a service item: they load up gradually and are replaced on condition rather than repaired.

• The element is visibly clogged, dark or matted with dust and lint
• Airflow through the appliance feels restricted compared with normal operation
• The fan or blower note changes, or the appliance sounds strained during a cycle
• Recurring faults or lockouts that clear briefly after the filter is cleaned or disturbed
• Debris is passing the filter and collecting downstream of it

• Confirm the part number 65004468 matches the number on the component you are removing
• Check the appliance model and serial plate, and any GC number shown on it, against the part you need
• Note the cross-reference 1595141, which may appear on older labelling or documentation
• Inspect any seals or retaining clips around the filter housing for damage and replace them if required
