What it is
The Ariston 64991008 is a non-return valve with a 5/4 in inlet and 5/4 in outlet connection. It is fitted into pipework on Ariston appliances to permit flow in one direction only and close against backflow. This keeps the circuit downstream of the valve from reversing or drawing contaminated water back through the system.
Before you order
- Confirm the pipework connections at both the inlet and outlet are 5/4 in.
- Check the part number 64991008 against the appliance documentation or the valve being replaced.
- Confirm the required flow direction so the valve is installed the correct way round.
