What it is
The Sime 6326949 is an 80mm smoke outlet gasket used on Sime Murelle ONE HE 25 appliances. It seals the joint at the flue or smoke outlet, preventing combustion products and condensate from escaping at the connection. The gasket is a service item and is replaced when the seal at the outlet degrades.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracking, hardening or flattening of the gasket material
- Soot or condensate staining around the flue or smoke outlet joint
- Combustion smells or leakage detected at the outlet connection
- Whistling or unusual noise from the flue joint during operation
- Gasket damaged or disturbed during flue servicing or removal
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model and GC number against the fitment listed above
- Check the outlet diameter is 80mm before ordering
- Inspect the flue spigot and mating faces for corrosion or distortion, as a damaged face will not seal with a new gasket
- Check whether any other seals or fasteners at the outlet also need attention
