What it is

The Sime 6277445 is a connecting pipe that joins the gas valve to the mixer within the appliance. It is manufactured by Sime for use across the Murelle PRO, Murelle Advanced and Brava Slim HE boiler families. The pipe carries gas between the valve and mixer assembly as part of the boiler's gas train.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Gas smell or a detected leak at the pipe joints or unions
  • Visible corrosion, pitting or staining on the pipe surface
  • Boiler failing to ignite, locking out or showing unstable flame behaviour
  • Whistling or unusual noise from the gas train area
  • Pipe fails a tightness or pressure test during service

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model and GC number against the fitment list above
  • Check the existing pipe and its connections for damage before ordering
  • Gas-related work must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer
