What it is

The Sime 6226477 is a rubber gasket measuring 17 mm x 3 mm. It is used in compatible Sime Murelle and Brava Slim HE boiler models to seal the joint at the point of fitment. The gasket helps prevent water leaks from the sealed connection.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or dripping from the joint sealed by the gasket
  • Visible cracks, flattening or hardening of the rubber
  • Scale or corrosion staining around the joint
  • Leak returns after the joint is tightened
  • Gasket damaged during removal or service

Before you order

  • Check the appliance model and GC number against the Fits list
  • Confirm the existing gasket is 17 mm x 3 mm
  • Check the part number 6226477 against the manufacturer's parts list
  • Confirm how many gaskets are required for the joint being worked on
