What it is
This is a flat gasket manufactured by Ariston, measuring 85mm outer diameter, 66.5mm inner diameter and 2.5mm thick. It is used as a sealing component on Ariston gas boilers, including the CLAS HE, E-Combi, E-System, Combi A, Genus HE and ACO ranges. The gasket forms a compression seal between mating faces to prevent leakage at the joint.

- Visible weeping or staining around the joint the gasket seals
- The gasket is flattened, hardened or brittle and no longer compresses
- Cracking, splitting or material loss on the gasket face
- Water or gas traces at the mating faces after reassembly
- The gasket has been disturbed during servicing and will not reseal
