What it is
The Ariston 0.8B pressure sensor (part number 61310364) is a hydraulic pressure sensing component used on Ariston Combi A series gas boilers. It monitors system water pressure and supplies that signal to the boiler's control board so the appliance can regulate firing and protect itself against low or excessive pressure. This part supersedes the earlier code 51094.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler fails to fire or locks out despite adequate system pressure at the gauge
- Pressure reading on the boiler display or gauge is erratic, stuck or clearly inaccurate
- Boiler cuts out intermittently during heating or hot water demand
- Low pressure fault indicated even after the system has been correctly filled and vented
- Water weeping from the sensor body or its connection to the hydraulic block
