What it is
The Chaffoteaux 61308492 is a burner door assembly for gas boilers. It forms the casing-side closure over the burner chamber on 24kW models in the Calydra Green and Centora Green ranges. The door seals the combustion area and must be correctly seated to maintain safe operation.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible corrosion, distortion or cracking of the door panel
- Soot staining or heat discolouration around the door edge
- Combustion odours or flue gas leakage at the door
- The door no longer seats or seals correctly against the burner chamber
- Damaged fixings or mounting points preventing a secure fit
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model matches one of the fitment lines above
- Check the GC number on your appliance against the model variant
- Verify the appliance is a 24kW Calydra Green or Centora Green unit
- Inspect the door and its sealing face for damage before fitting
