What it is
The Chaffoteaux 61307335-01 is an air pressure switch rated at 167 Pa, used on Britony and Calydra Comfort gas boiler ranges. It monitors the pressure differential created by the combustion fan and proves airflow before the boiler is allowed to fire. If the switch does not make, the appliance will not run and will normally lock out.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler locks out shortly after the fan starts, with no burner ignition.
- Fan runs but the boiler repeatedly fails to prove airflow.
- Intermittent lockouts that clear on reset and then return.
- Boiler will not fire at all despite the fan operating normally.
- Lockout fault code relating to air pressure or fan proving on the display.
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model and GC number against the fit list above.
- Check the switching pressure marked on the existing switch matches 167 Pa.
- Inspect the sensing tubes and fan for blockages or leaks before replacing the switch, as these can mimic a switch fault.
- Compare the part number on the existing component with 61307335-01.
