What it is
The Chaffoteaux 61015360 is a tube that connects the pump to the heat exchanger within the appliance. It forms part of the primary water circuit on Chaffoteaux Calydra gas boilers. The part carries heated water between the two components as part of the boiler's circulation path.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible weeping or water staining at either end of the tube
- Corrosion or pitting on the tube surface
- Scale or debris restricting flow through the tube
- Kettling or unusual circulation noise linked to a restricted primary circuit
- Repeated pressure loss traced to the pump-to-heat-exchanger connection
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model and, where shown, the date code against the fitment list
- Check the connection fittings and tube routing on the appliance match the part
- Inspect the sealing washers or O-rings at each joint and replace them if worn
- Verify the existing tube is the pump-to-heat-exchanger connection and not another circuit pipe
