What it is
The Ariston 61010109 is a grommet used on Ariston gas boilers, including the CLAS HE, CLAS Premium EVO and E-Combi families. It seats where pipework or cabling passes through the appliance casing, protecting the pipe or cable from the sharp panel edge and sealing the opening. It is listed under O-rings, washers and gaskets in the gas boiler spares range.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The grommet is split, cracked or perished and no longer seals the casing opening
- The rubber has hardened or shrunk, leaving a visible gap around the pipe or cable
- The grommet has come loose, dropped out of the panel or is missing altogether
- Water or flue-related staining, or draughts, around the pipe entry point
- Rubbing or vibration noise where the pipe contacts the bare casing edge
