What it is
The Chaffoteaux 61010014 is a connector cover used on a range of Chaffoteaux gas boilers. It fits over the connector assembly to shield the terminals and wiring from dust, moisture and accidental contact. It is a small consumable component that is replaced when the existing cover is damaged, missing or no longer seating correctly.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The cover is cracked, split or broken
- The cover is missing, leaving the connector terminals exposed
- The cover no longer clips or seats securely on the connector
- Discolouration, scorching or heat damage on the cover
- Signs of moisture, dust or debris ingress around the connector
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model against the fit list above before ordering
- Check the existing connector cover for damage and confirm the part number 61010014 matches
- Inspect the connector and terminals for any further damage that may also need attention
- Verify the appliance variant and fuel type, as the fit list covers both natural gas and LPG models
