What it is
The Sime BFR pressure relief valve, part 6040210, is a 3/4 inch safety valve rated at 5 bar for Sime gas boilers. It discharges water when system pressure exceeds the set limit, protecting the appliance and heating circuit from over-pressurisation. It is fitted to Murelle HE and Planet DEWY models.
