What it is

The Sime 6034310 is a plastic pipe assembly used in Sime gas boilers. It is listed for the Format DGT HE and Open DGT HE appliance families, where it forms part of the internal pipework circuit. The pipe is supplied as a single component for like-for-like replacement during servicing or repair.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Cracks, splits or crazing visible in the plastic wall of the pipe
  • Discolouration or embrittlement of the plastic, typical of heat ageing
  • Weeping or dripping at the pipe ends or connection points
  • Kinking, deformation or a collapsed section restricting flow
  • A joint that no longer seals after being disturbed during servicing

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler model and appliance code against the fit list above
  • Check the manufacturer part number 6034310 matches the pipe being removed
  • Inspect the surrounding pipework and connections for damage that may also need attention
  • Verify the pipe is the correct item for the position it serves within the appliance
