What it is

The Chaffoteaux 60081555 is a connection kit supplied for Moduloflame gas boilers. It forms part of the boiler's pipework connection assembly, allowing the appliance to be joined to the system pipework at the relevant connection points. It is listed within the gas boiler spares range for this appliance family.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible weeping or dripping at the boiler connection points
  • Corrosion, pitting or staining on the connection components
  • Deteriorated or hardened seals at the joint, causing a persistent weep
  • Distortion or mechanical damage to the connection assembly
  • Repeated loss of system pressure traced to the boiler connections

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler model is a Moduloflame 280 or 420 built to the MOD 31 specification dated March 1996
  • Check the existing connection arrangement on the appliance against the part number 60081555
  • Confirm the appliance is running on natural gas
  • Verify the fault is at the connection assembly and not elsewhere in the system pipework
