What it is
The Chaffoteaux 60056974 is an 85°C heating limit thermostat used on Chaffoteaux Celtic and Sterling gas boilers. It monitors the heating circuit temperature and interrupts the burner once the set limit is reached, protecting the appliance from overheating. This thermostat supersedes the earlier code 5697400.
