What it is

The Ariston 60022113-03 is a circular O-ring with a 22mm diameter and 2mm cross-section, used to seal a joint within the appliance's water or gas circuit. It is fitted across a number of Ariston Genus B PLUS, Genus HE PLUS and ACO PLUS gas boiler models. The ring compresses between two mating faces to prevent weeping at the joint.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or a visible drip at the joint the ring seals
  • The ring is cracked, split or perished
  • The ring has flattened or lost its round cross-section and no longer seals
  • The rubber has hardened, swollen or picked up scale
  • A joint that continues to leak after being stripped and reassembled
