What it is
The Chaffoteaux 60021061-12 is a small O-ring measuring 7.2 mm x 1.9 mm. It is used as a sealing component within Chaffoteaux Flexiflame gas boiler assemblies, where it prevents water or gas leakage at the joint it seals. It is supplied as a single O-ring.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible cracking, flattening or hardening of the O-ring
- Weeping or dripping at the joint the O-ring seals
- Water staining or corrosion around the sealing face
- The O-ring has been disturbed during servicing and no longer sits correctly
- Loss of elasticity, so the ring does not seal when refitted
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model and, where applicable, the build date against the fit list
- Check the existing O-ring dimensions to confirm 7.2 mm x 1.9 mm is correct
- Inspect the sealing face for damage before fitting a new O-ring
- Verify the part number 60021061-12 against the manufacturer's parts list for your boiler

Fitment listings are a guide, not a guarantee. Plant-room assemblies get modified on site more often than not. Send us the GC number off the data badge and a photo of the existing valve and we will confirm before anything is dispatched.
