What it is
The Ariston 60001946-01 is a full burner jet kit for Ariston gas boilers running on LPG (G31). It supplies the injectors that meter gas into the burner, setting the correct gas rate and flame pattern for the appliance. The kit covers boiler outputs from 12 kW to 38 kW across the CLAS HE, CLAS Premium and E-Combi EVO families.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Yellow or lifting flame at the burner instead of a steady blue flame
- Soot deposits or blackening around the burner and heat exchanger
- Uneven flame across the burner bars or a flame that will not hold
- Poor ignition or repeated lockouts on an LPG appliance
- Reduced heat output or unstable gas rate at the burner
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above
- Check the boiler is set up for LPG (G31) and not natural gas
- Confirm the appliance output falls within the 12-38 kW range
- Check the existing jet sizes and burner configuration before fitting
