Ariston Union 60001367

The Ariston 60001367 is a union fitting with 3/4" and 1/2" connections, used on Ariston CLAS Premium EVO System appliances. It joins two pipework sections or a pipe to an appliance connection point, allowing the joint to be made and broken without disturbing the surrounding pipework. It is a serviceable component within the hydraulic circuit of the boiler.

• Visible weeping or dripping at the union joint under normal operating pressure
• Water staining, corrosion or scale deposits around the nut and mating faces
• The joint will not seal after re-making, even with the nut tightened correctly
• Damaged, cross-threaded or rounded nut flats preventing a proper spanner purchase
• Persistent pressure loss traced to the union rather than the surrounding pipework

• Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above, including whether it is the standard or EU variant
• Check the existing union's connection sizes match 3/4" and 1/2" before ordering
• Inspect the mating faces and pipework for damage, as a worn seat will not seal with a new union alone
• Have the appliance isolated and depressurised before removing the old fitting
